Our sparkling wine develops in the bottle and not in a tank. This makes intervention impossible once en tirage (in the bottle). We take special care to produce the highest quality base wine which is crucial to an incredible sparkling wine.

Once the bubbles have formed and the wine has aged to perfection, the remaining yeast cells are disgorged from the bottle, producing a crystal-clear wine with amazing flavors and tiny bubbles.
